I have not recieved a confirmation email of my order?
Are you sure you haven’t received a confirmation? Please check your folder with spam / unwanted email, sometimes confirmation mails show up there.
If you really can’t find a confirmation, you can e-mail our after sales department: service@euraildirect.com. Please include as much info as you can about your order, like the date/time of ordering, your name & address and the Pass you ordered.
