I have not received my Pass?
We only sent Eurail passes to your home by registered mail, so the chances of packages getting lost is minimal. After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping number which allows you to track and trace your order through every stage of the shipment process.
If your Pass doesn’t arrive, you can e-mail our after sales department: service@euraildirect.com. Please state your order number in the mail. Also check if no mistakes were made in your shipping address.
