  • I have not received my Pass?

  • We only sent Eurail passes to your home by registered mail, so the chances of packages getting lost is minimal. After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping number which allows you to track and trace your order through every stage of the shipment process.

    If your Pass doesn’t arrive, you can e-mail our after sales department: service@euraildirect.com. Please state your order number in the mail. Also check if no mistakes were made in your shipping address.
