When will I receive my souvenir?
The souvenirs are handled by Eurail.Com's mother company, the Eurail Group G.I.E.
To inquire about the status of your souvenir, you can send an email to souvenir@eurail.nl. Please note that it can take up to 3 months before your souvenir arrives.
