A wrong name is printed on my Pass?
As the name and passport number of each traveler appears on a Eurail Pass, it can only be used by the person(s) mentioned on the Pass. You can contact our after sales department if your name is printed incorrectly on the Pass.
Send an e-mail with your order number and correct name to service@euraildirect.com. You will receive info about how to return your Pass and they will send you a new Pass with the correct name.
