  • Finland tourist information

Finland is one of the northernmost countries in the world, with nearly a third of its land (Lapland) north of the Arctic circle. The many serene lakes and the untamed wilderness, where you can hike and camp to your hearts content, contrasts nicely with the ultramodern cities, like the capital Helsinki. The building of the Kiasma Museum of Modern Art there, for instance, is as much a modern work of art as the ones within.
